Introduction:
Snacks pallets are very popular household snacks now a days. A variety of flour can be used for making snacks pallet. The moistened flour is fed to the extruder and the extruded meal coming out of the extruder get cut and shaped as per the final shape of the snacks. The shaped pellets go to the dryer to get the moisture content reduced to the desired level for frying and later on gets fried in the fryer. Flavor and seasoning is sprayed on the fried pellets by the flavoring system. The ready snacks are then packed with suitable packing machine. |
