Machines involved for making Spaghetti are :
- Flour Mixer
To mix the semolina flour with warm water and prepare the dough for spaghetti
- Single Screw Extruder
To extrude the flour into thin shaped Spaghetti. Different dies can be used to make Macaroni, Vermicelli from the same extruder
- Sheeting & Cutting Machine
To form thin sheets of spaghetti and cut them into strips
- Three-Way Drying Machine
To dry the Spaghetti and reduce their moisture contents
- Packing Machine
To pack the Dried Spaghetti in printed pouch using suitable packing machine
